Ms. Nguyễn Thị Cát Tường is an experienced sustainability and ESG practitioner with more than 12 years of cross-sector experience spanning public policy, corporate sustainability, circular economy initiatives, environmental and social impact assessments, and responsible investment.
She currently serves as ESG & Investor Relations Manager at Dynam Capital, where she designs and implements the fund’s ESG strategy, leads engagement with portfolio companies, and drives responsible-investment alignment across the investment lifecycle. Tường also leads sustainability reporting and played a key role in helping the Vietnam Holding (VNH) fund achieve consecutive 5-star PRI Transparency scores in 2021, 2023, and 2024. She actively represents the firm within Vietnam’s ESG community to elevate its profile as a responsible fund manager.
Prior to joining Dynam Capital, Tường held leadership and technical roles at PRO Vietnam, where she contributed to national-level circular economy roadmaps and stakeholder coalitions engaging FMCG companies, government agencies, recyclers, and waste-value-chain actors. She previously worked in climate advocacy and fundraising at CHANGE, advised Oxfam on fair-finance and bank-level ESG assessments, and served as a researcher and lecturer focusing on environmental and social impact assessments, urban environmental challenges, and sustainable transport.
Tường began her career in public policy with the Danang Hi-Tech Park Management Board, supporting investment promotion strategy and environmental infrastructure planning.
She holds a Master’s degree in Environment (Policy, Governance & Communications) from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Development Studies from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University. She is also an alumna of the YSEALI program and the Director Certification Program.
