Ms. Jean Aurea Ortiz Juan is an Assistant Manager of Sustainability at Hwaseung Enterprise, where she focuses on sustainability performance, public disclosures including CDP, Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) development, and GHG accounting and verification across manufacturing facilities in Vietnam, Indonesia, and China.

She brings experience across both manufacturing and renewable energy sectors, with expertise in ESG roadmap development and implementation, materiality assessment, and environmental compliance. Prior to joining Hwaseung, she served as ESG Section Manager at Super Energy Corporation, contributing to sustainability research, internal audits, HSE, and ESG program development.

Earlier in her career, she worked in footwear manufacturing as an Industrial Engineering Consultant, supporting production optimization, quality assurance, and factory sustainability audits. She has been based in Vietnam since 2016.

Ms. Juan holds an MBA from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines.
