Handong 365 Energy

Mr. James Wooshin Kim is the Director of Business Development at Handong 365 Energy, a joint venture between Handong E&C and 365 Energy. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, he plays a key role in scaling the company's Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) model and expanding its footprint in Vietnam's renewable energy industry. 

At Handong 365 Energy, Mr. Kim leads strategic planning, operations, and business development. His responsibilities span overall project development, project financial modelling, and investment structuring - focusing on rooftop solar solutions across Vietnam within and beyond industrial zones. 

In addition to his work at Handong 365 Energy, Mr. Kim also serves as the Senior DPPA Advisor at PECC2, where he contributes to shaping Vietnam's innovative Direct Power Purchase Agreement framework that enables private renewable energy transactions. His earlier roles include Managing Director at JME Vina and Assistant to the Director at National Housing Organization (N.H.O.). 

Mr. Kim holds a degree in Biomolecular Science from the University of Michigan.
