Mr. David Ching Heng Hoe is Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Janus Group, formerly known as TCO Holdings. Under its new strategic direction, Janus Group is repositioning itself as a diversified investment holding group with business pillars spanning agriculture, logistics, real estate, and energy.
Mr. Hoe brings extensive experience in large-scale real estate development and investment projects in Vietnam. Prior to joining Janus Group, he served as CEO of ONG&ONG Vietnam Group, where he was involved in the development and delivery of major commercial and mixed-use projects, including Melinh Point, Vietcombank Tower, and Hilton Saigon.
At Janus Group, Mr. Hoe is part of the leadership team driving the company’s transition toward a broader investment and sustainability-focused strategy, including expansion into energy, advanced manufacturing, and ESG-aligned business initiatives. The group has recently announced plans to invest in lithium battery manufacturing and energy-related ventures as part of its long-term growth direction.
Janus Group has stated that its future strategy will focus on capital allocation, smart infrastructure, energy transition, ESG integration, AI, and net-zero-oriented development models as it expands its multi-sector investment platform in Vietnam and the region.
