Commencing his tenure as a Lecturer in 2001,
Dr. Tarawut Boonlua has advanced to his current position, accumulating expertise in various administrative roles, including Associate Dean, Dean, and Vice President. His extensive academic portfolio encompasses teaching materials and publications addressing sustainable development, sustainable urban form, sustainable transit development zone, and architectural education. Dr. Tarawut Boonlua has also spearheaded numerous research initiatives focusing on housing development, urban design and planning, and Geographic Information System (GIS) applications, significantly influencing Thailand's urban infrastructure. Noteworthy is his involvement in pivotal projects like the Phra That Phanom Master Plan for World Cultural Heritage. In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Tarawut Boonlua holds professional licenses in Architecture and Urban Design, and he has garnered several prestigious awards, including recognition as an Outstanding Scholar in Urban Planning Architecture, an Alumni award for outstanding performance, and a Co-Partner Award for his contributions to GIS technology. These accolades underscore his commitment to excellence in academia and professional practice.
