Dr. Smich Butcharoen holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and currently serves as Senior Director of Enterprise Wireless Product Development at National Telecom Public Company Limited (NT), Thailand’s leading state-owned telecommunications provider. With deep expertise in advanced digital technologies, he plays a pivotal role in driving the development and deployment of next-generation wireless communication solutions for enterprise customers. In recognition of his thought leadership and contributions to the field of technology and innovation, Dr.Smich has been invited this year by multiple organizations—both public and private, domestic and international—to share his knowledge and insights. His speaking engagements include lectures at the Police College, Kasetsart University (Kamphaeng Saen Campus), the Boxing Association of Thailand, Immigration Bureau Division 2, and the World Innovation Network of Intelligence Transformation (WINIT 2025) in Indonesia.
