Shigeru Yamamura, Principal Energy Specialist, Energy Sector Office, ADB. He has worked on ADB’s energy sector operation in Asia and Pacific Region since 2009. He is currently the focal in charge of entire energy portfolio in the Philippines.  Prior to joining ADB, he had worked for Japan Bank for International Cooperation for 15 years and led multiple infrastructure investments in Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia regions.
