Mylene Mandaing is the Director of Commercial Operations and Contracts at NetSolar, where she leads commercial strategy, contract management, and project delivery for solar EPC projects across the Philippines. She previously served as General Manager of NetSolar from 2019 to 2024, helping drive the company’s growth in the commercial and industrial solar sector. Mylene has overseen the development and execution of over 30 MW of solar rooftop installations, including the 6 MW Alaska Milk Corporation project, one of the largest rooftop solar installations in the Philippines. She has also been involved in solar deployments across Waltermart locations nationwide, representing a combined portfolio of approximately 30 MW of installed and ongoing projects. She brings a practical perspective on how businesses—particularly in the retail sector—can integrate solar into their energy strategy to strengthen financial performance, manage energy costs, and support long-term sustainability goals.
