Karlo is leading the development of the one of the largest floating solar installations globally which is about 1.3 GWp capacity. He oversees the complex permitting activities of this first-of-its kind project in the Philippines and ensures that  the project reaches ready to build status by 2025. Working with various stakeholders in Laguna Lake, Mr. Abril holds strategic dialogue with various government agencies to address the regulatory and commercial challenges of the Laguna Lake floating solar project. Mr. Abril has 12 years of experience in renewable energy development which include both wind and solar.
