Jeph Manansala is the Chief Data Scientist of the Institute for Climate and Sustainable Cities (ICSC), where he leads data-driven research on energy transition and sustainable development. With over a decade of experience in the energy sector, he specializes in energy analytics, modeling, and policy advisory. He holds two master’s degrees—an MS in Data Science from the Asian Institute of Management and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Mapúa Institute of Technology. He also ranked second in the 2014 Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations.
