Jay Agbayani Founder & COO, Solar Home Supplies and Services OPC   Jay Agbayani is a seasoned professional in the Philippine solar energy industry, with over a decade of experience in both utility-scale and distributed solar solutions. He began his career in 2014 with Cleantech Global Renewable Inc., where he played a key role in the successful completion of multiple utility-scale solar projects. His early exposure to large-scale renewable energy developments laid a strong foundation for his technical and operational expertise. Jay went on to serve as Country Manager for two of the world’s leading solar manufacturers, Trina Solar and LONGi Solar. In these roles, he led nationwide sales and market expansion efforts, driving significant growth in both utility and rooftop solar segments across the Philippines. His leadership contributed to the increased adoption of high-quality solar technologies in the local market. In 2018, Jay founded Solar Home Supplies and Services OPC, with a vision of making clean, reliable, and cost-efficient solar energy accessible to Filipino homes and businesses. Under his leadership, the company has delivered numerous successful residential and commercial rooftop solar projects over the past eight years, earning a reputation for quality, reliability, and strong after-sales support. Today, Jay continues to champion sustainable energy solutions, helping drive the transition toward a cleaner and more energy-secure Philippines.
