Jacqueline M. Castillo is a trailblazing leader in the Philippine power industry, with over 19 years of experience shaping the energy sector through innovation, sustainability, and transformative leadership. As the President & CEO of Mabuhay Energy Corporation, she brings extensive expertise in power supply contracts, retail competition and open access (RCOA), renewable energy, sales and marketing, and corporate branding.
An Electrical Engineer from Mapúa Institute of Technology (holding REE and RME licenses) and an MBA graduate from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, Jacqueline has held leadership roles across generation, distribution, and retail electricity markets, spanning both private and government sectors. Her strategic vision and technical expertise have made her a key player in the Philippine energy landscape, driving solutions that balance power demand with sustainability, ethical land development, and long-term grid stability.
