Hanzel brings a strong background in grid operations, energy storage systems, and energy policy, having previously held significant roles in private and government energy companies, including the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, Grid Management Committee, Fluence, among others. He holds a Master of Science in Energy Engineering from the University of the Philippines and is currently pursuing a PhD in Energy Engineering.
