Alnie Demoral is a Clean Energy Analyst at Allotrope Partners, where she plays a key role in the Local Utility Project Accelerator (LUPA) initiative, supporting renewable energy project development across the Philippines. She collaborates with electric cooperatives, policymakers, and technical and financial partners to advance solar projects, overseeing pre-early stage assessments, site evaluations, and stakeholder engagements. With a background in policy assessment, techno-economic analysis, and energy modeling, Alnie’s broad technical knowledge and experience enable her to effectively support clean energy initiatives and drive decarbonization efforts in the country. She is currently completing her PhD in Energy Engineering at the University of the Philippines.
