Enrico Meneghetti – CEO of ESPE After graduating in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Energy from the University of Padua, Enrico began his professional career at ESPE in 2005 working on the development of photovoltaic systems and solar power plants. His professional growth was marked by a series of key appointments: in 2008 he became Business Development Manager, leading the company's expansion into new markets, both in Italy and abroad, and managing projects of significant scale and complexity. At the same time, he held senior positions in several companies focused on the implementation of photovoltaic systems, with projects carried out in Italy, North America and Romania. In 2013, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, with responsibilities ranging from the technical and commercial management of products (biomass, hydroelectric, photovoltaic) to the oversight of international markets, as well as the company's strategic and organizational coordination. Since 2016, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of ESPE, with delegated authority over sales, finance and legal affairs. A recognized figure in the renewable energy sector, he brings enthusiasm and passion to his role as a speaker at leading conferences and seminars, including those organized by Italia Solare and the Energy & Strategy Observatory of the Politecnico di Milano, with which ESPE actively collaborates.
