Tim Hopkins is President and Founder of Advantage Group, including Advantage Professional Services Ltd. and Advantage Engineering Ltd. A Métis business leader and strategic entrepreneur, he brings more than 25 years of experience working across government, industry, and Indigenous communities. His expertise spans strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership, including experience in Indigenous procurement and partnership development under Canada's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). Through Advantage Group, Tim brings this cross-sector experience to energy and infrastructure development, recognising that successful projects require more than technical solutions.
