Immigration Inspection During the Event

Immigration officials may conduct onsite inspections during the exhibition period to verify compliance with Indonesian immigration requirements. Such inspections may apply to all foreign participants, including exhibitors and speakers.

To facilitate the verification process, foreign exhibitors and speakers are advised to:

  • Ensure that their C10/C11 Business Visa has been approved prior to entering Indonesia; and
  • Carry a copy of their passport and valid visa for verification if requested by immigration officials.

Failure to comply with Indonesian immigration requirements may result in immigration penalties, fines, or other applicable enforcement measures.

All foreign exhibitors and speakers are strongly advised to complete the appropriate visa application procedures in advance and ensure that they remain compliant with Indonesian immigration requirements throughout their stay in Indonesia.
