Attendees who require entry visa into Indonesia can request for a Letter of Introduction from the Organiser.
The entry visa is not an immigration pass. It is a pre-entry permission for the holder of a valid visa to travel to, and seek entry, into Indonesia. It is also not a guarantee that the holder will be automatically admitted into the country as the admission of foreign nationals into Indonesia is a function of immigration authorities at the port of entry.
In accordance with Indonesian immigration regulations, all foreign exhibitors are required to enter Indonesia on a C11 Business Visa.
This visa is intended for business-related visits, including but not limited to:
• Participating in activities related to the promotion of goods or services at MICE events or trade fairs
All costs associated with the visa application shall be borne by the exhibitors.
