Ainal Irham is a Plant Performance Engineer and Senior Manager of Engineering at PT Huadian Bukit Asam Power (HBAP), where he focuses on optimizing asset reliability, efficiency, and overall operational performance. Beyond his core role in thermal power plant performance, he is a dedicated solar energy enthusiast who has spearheaded HBAP’s solar initiatives from initial concept and design through to successful commissioning and operation. Driven by HBAP’s aggressive strategy to integrate clean energy into its operational environment, Ainal leads key renewable projects aimed at significantly reducing carbon emissions and lowering thermal power plant auxiliary power consumption. At Solar & Storage Live Indonesia 2026, he will share practical insights on designing, constructing, and operating resilient, hybrid renewable energy systems across the commercial, industrial, and utility scale sectors, drawing directly from hands-on operational experience.
