With qualifications in Environment, Education and Business, Steve Kostoff is the Founder and CEO of the Solar Training Centre, an award-winning national Registered Training Organisation that focuses on the upskilling of installers in the Solar Sector. He values Stakeholder collaborations that produce greater outcomes than individual effort. In addition, he is a long-standing trainer and advocate for the energy-efficiency sector, having guided over 4000 students towards careers in home and business energy efficiency, energy auditing, and retrofit of buildings. Steve is also a registered climate presenter and mentor under the Hon. Al Gore ‘Climate Reality Project’ since 2007.
