Matthew brings a strategic, values driven leadership style shaped by experience in marketing, commercial strategy and digital systems. His leadership emphasises integrity, customer trust and long term system performance, supported by strong partnerships across the sector.

Before joining Rainbow Power Company,Matthew spent nine years at INFORM Australia, an AI driven digital decision solutions provider, where he led marketing and growth initiatives globally. In senior marketing roles, most recently as Director of Strategy ANZ, he was responsible for brand positioning, go to market strategy and commercial growth, translating complex AI and analytics technologies into clear, compelling value for enterprise clients.

Matthew’s background in marketing and digital strategy informs his approach to renewable energy leadership, with a strong focus on clear communication, data informed decision making and systems that perform reliably in real world conditions.
