Wednesday 18 March
• Exhibitor access: from 7:30am
• Expo: 8:30am to 5pm
• Conference: 9:30am to 5pm
• Networking party: 5pm to 6:30pm

Thursday 19 March
• Exhibitor access: from 7:30am
• Expo: 8:30am to 4pm
• Conference 9:30am to 4pm

Registration opens from 8:00am each day.

Solar & Storage Live Queensland 2026 is open to the entire renewable energy community. Solar & EV installers, electricians & electrical engineers, energy retailers, solar farm developers, government – federal, state and local, energy generators & grid operators, large energy users and so many more.

You can register online via our Registration Page .

Great news because registration is FREE and easy. Alternatively you can upgrade your FREE expo pass to attend our women in renewables breakfast. Visit our Registration Page and choose which package best fits for you.

After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Bring this email to the registration desk to collect your printed event pass.

Yes. Simply scan your QR code from the event app at registration to print your pass.

Yes. BCEC has multiple secure parking stations nearby, including the BCEC Car Park and several Wilson Parking facilities within walking distance. Parking fees apply.

Yes. Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre is fully accessible, with lifts, ramps, accessible restrooms and wheelchair-friendly access across the venue.

Yes. BCEC Brisbane offers a range of cafés and food outlets and additional food options will be available at the Networking Party held on Day 1 Wednesday 18 March at 5pm in the Expo Hall.

No. All sessions are first come, first served. We recommend arriving early for popular topics.

Sessions are not recorded. Presentation slides may be shared at the speaker’s discretion.

Yes. Security staff will be present throughout the BCEC Brisbane for the duration of the event. All attendees must wear a visible event badge at all times.

Yes. We follow the BCEC Brisbane’s venue safety guidelines and government requirements to ensure a safe environment for all attendees, speakers and exhibitors.

If you’re feeling unwell, please approach a member of staff at the registration desk or anyone wearing a BCEC badge for assistance.

Yes. BCEC Brisbane has trained first aid staff available at all times. Please speak to a Solar & Storage Live Queensland Expo team member or venue security if you require medical assistance.

Business casual is suitable for both days of the event.
