A bit about Emlyn:

A qualified Building Services Engineer, Emlyn has been specialising in property design, management and investment for over 25 years. A member of the Stockland Commercial Property leadership team, Emlyn is responsible for leading the Workplace business and investment portfolio.
Emlyn joined Stockland in 2019 as General Manager of Business Operations, responsible for the delivery of strategy and business operations across Retail, Workplace and Logistics property. Immediately prior to joining Stockland, Emlyn held the position of CEO at Evergen, an energy services business part owned by the CSIRO.
Previous experience includes over a decade at AMP Capital Property, holding roles including Head of Property Management and Sustainability, Head of Business Operations, and Acting Managing Director of the Office and Industrial business. Emlyn was also a director of the Office and Industrial business from 2008-2016.
Emlyn has held many industry committee positions including the Office and Cities Committee, National Risk Roundtable and National Sustainability Roundtable for the Property Council of Australia, and chairperson of the Better Buildings Partnership for the City of Sydney from 2013-2015. Emlyn is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
