Adeyemi is a digital finance leader with over a decade of experience leading FinTech, digital financial services (DFS), and inclusive digital infrastructure projects and policies. With his proven leadership, deep technical expertise, and track record of success in delivering impactful digital financial services, digital utilities, and policies, he leads the Inclusive FinTech workstream at the Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI). In that role, he supports over 80 central banks, financial regulators, and policymakers in bridging responsible innovation, digital financial services, and smart policies to improve financial and digital inclusion to benefit the world's most vulnerable populations across emerging and developing market economies (EDMEs). Adeyemi is active across several FinTech and digital finance ecosystems, providing advice on strategy, growth opportunities, product development, and policy guidance to start-ups and established businesses. He holds degrees in Petroleum & Gas Engineering and a Masters in Managerial Psychology from University of Lagos Nigeria, and an MBA in Global Management from UCL London UK.
