Promote Your Presence and Increase Interactions Onsite

You’ve booked your stand and now it’s time to make sure that you get the most from your participation at Seamless Asia. These marketing tools will help you engage your potential prospects before the show!






Advert in event preview*

We will produce an event preview featuring the final conference agenda and exhibition show-floor highlights. We will include an A4 advertisement within the show preview in this guide. It will be released as part of our marketing efforts to drive attendance at -6 weeks to the show.

Deadline for submission: 1 April 2019

Highlight what you'll be doing onsite

Send us a 50-80 word write-up on what you’ll be showcasing at your booth. Not just a corporate profile of what your company does but a benefit driven spiel about why attendees should visit your booth eg. a new product you're launching, an exclusive prize draw or games being played at your stand in exchange for prizes to be won. We will include this copy in pre-event email blasts, our event preview and the web site.

Remember, the earlier you submit your forms, the earlier we can begin promoting your presence at the show, and the more brand exposure you will get.

Get a customised email signature banner

A quick and easy way to let everyone know you’re exhibiting at Seamless Asia is to add a customised event banner below to your email signature and get your team to do the same. Below is an example:

Announce you’re exhibiting at the show using #SeamlessAsia or by tagging us at @seamlessasia on Twitter or @Seamlessasiaexpo on Facebook


Customised email blasts promoting your involvement in our show*

Submission of copy to be at least 10 days before email blast. Copy to be supplied by client

Send customised email invitations to your clients

This is the best way to make sure everyone on your email database knows about your presence at the event. Invite them to visit and connect with you again at your stand.

Don’t have time to create an email invitation? We can create one for you and even send it to your data to make things really easy.

Send a press release

Are you launching a new product at the show? Do you have something exciting to tell the media? Then make sure you send your media contacts a press release around the show so they know about it.

Extra tip: Send us your press release so we can include any exciting launches in our pre-event marketing as well as the onsite Press Kits for the our media and press partners who are attending the show!

Publicise your speaker with a customised speaker banner

If your package includes a speaking slot, we can customise a banner advert which you can post on your online channels including your website and any social media platforms where you have a presence.

Send us your white papers, case studies or blog articles

If you have interesting content articles, white papers or case studies that you'd like included in our blog, then do submit them to Danelle Filipinas. The format for submission is:

  • A subject header for the title of your white paper, case study or blog article (not more than 10 words long)
  • A summary of the content piece that you are submitting (3 paragraphs or 200 words)
  • The actual article in pdf format (file size not more than 2MB)
  • An accompanying image in jpeg or png format (image size must be 840 x 420 pixels - file size not more than 2MB)

Deadline for submission: 15th of the month preceding publish date (1st week of the following month)
