Le Van Phi is currently Director/ National Head of Store Planning & Leasing at Saigon Co-op, the leading multi-format developer and retail operator in Vietnam. She is in in charge of planning for 100+ Co-opMart, Co-opXtra stores nationwide and leasing over 100,000 NLA of retail spaces. Since joining the company in 2008, Phi has handled and participated in various cross-functional strategic projects that helps the organization to enhance competitiveness in the marketplace. Phi was also part of the team to set up Co-op Food, convenient food store for busy women, from developing concept to managing first 9 stores.
Prior to Saigon Co-op, Phi used to work for Ernst & Young Vietnam and other multinational companies as well as co-founded Passio Coffee in 2006, the very first coffee-and-sandwich to go chain in HCMC.
Phi hold MSc in Management from City University London with distinction. She is now a professional member of Royal Institution of Charted Surveyor (RICS), United Kingdom.
