Ogochukwu Anerobi is the Chief Executive Officer of Finceptive, where she leads the design and 
deployment of technology-driven supply chain finance solutions that unlock liquidity for 
businesses across Nigeria's trade ecosystem.
She began her career at Access Bank Plc within Enterprise Cost Management, where she 
developed deep expertise in capital allocation, budget governance, and financial discipline across 
complex business units. This foundation gave her a precise understanding of how working 
capital flows — and where it breaks down — within large commercial structures.
In 2021, she co-founded Finceptive to close the financing gap that constrains SMEs embedded in 
Nigerian supply chains. The firm deploys structured SCF programmes — including invoice 
discounting, purchase order financing, and distributor finance — enabling suppliers and buyers 
to transact at scale without liquidity as a barrier.
She also co-founded Casa, a digital banking platform built to bring embedded financial tools 
directly into the daily workflows of businesses operating across supply chains.
