Oversite is an Australian technology startup developing a digital competency and compliance platform for safety-critical industries.
Oversite combines guided interactive 3D training and assessment with competency management, allowing organisations to track whether workers are currently competent to perform specific tasks. The platform can check competency status before safety-critical activities and, where competency is expired or incomplete, direct workers to the required training or assessment before the task can proceed.
Training simulations run directly in a standard web browser on mobile phones, tablets and desktop computers, with no app, specialist hardware or VR headset required.
Oversite is designed to help organisations move beyond simply recording that training has been completed, towards maintaining clear, current visibility of whether workers are competent to perform the work they are required to do.
