Kasia is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of ardion, clinical-stage biotech company focused on developing first in class therapies for autoimmune diseases. 

With 17 years experience in business building, sales, marketing, operations, P&L oversight, for both start-up and growth organizations, Kasia negotiated and closed a broad range of strategic partnerships, collaborations and mergers and acquisitions. 

Previously Managing Director and Partner with Hawksburn Capital, managing several investment ventures included life sciences investments, designing and implementing their go-to-market strategies, driving growth and scaling efforts.
