David Chenery is a designer, systems thinker and entrepreneur. As co-founder of Reassemble, a sustainable design practice based in London, he has spent 15 years answering a question his industry often avoids: can you achieve more by using less? His projects include Apricity, a Michelin Green Star restaurant delivered at 41% less embodied carbon than a typical fit-out, 30 sites for GAIL's Bakery (including the award-winning circular economy 'moonshot' bakery in Southwark Fire Station) and developing sustainable design guides and systems for The National Trust, St Austell Brewery and University of Edinburgh.
