Reigine Valerie Banaag, MBA, CMC Reigine Valerie Banaag is a hospitality executive and educator with 18 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry and higher education. As the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of mySTAY Hotels, she has led the brand’s growth through hotel pre-openings, commercial strategy, revenue optimization, operational excellence, and service innovation. Under her leadership, all four mySTAY Hotels branches were recognized with Agoda’s 2025 Gold Circle Award, a distinction that reflects the brand’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and consistently high service standards. In addition to her industry leadership, Reigine serves as a part-time faculty member in the School of Hospitality Management at St. Scholastica’s College Manila, where she helps prepare future hospitality professionals. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at De La Salle University, further strengthening her expertise in hospitality strategy, innovation, and technology. Reigine is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Certified Hospitality Industry Analytics professional, Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP), and an accredited Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Trainer.
