Heidi Gempel is a senior hospitality commercial leader, executive coach, facilitator and trainer with more than 25 years of international experience across Asia Pacific, the Indian Ocean and the Middle East. She has held regional leadership roles with Le Méridien and Minor International, including Vice President of Revenue Management & Distribution, before founding HGE International in Singapore in 2010. Today, Heidi works with hotel General Managers, commercial leaders and executive teams to strengthen commercial strategy, strategic thinking, leadership effectiveness and team performance. Her work spans executive coaching, commercial leadership development, revenue strategy, sales capability and strategic facilitation. An ICF-credentialed Executive Coach, Heidi brings a practical operator’s perspective to leadership and commercial challenges. She is also a long-standing facilitator of the HSMAI Asia Pacific Chief Commercial Advisory Board, working with senior hospitality executives from across the region to explore emerging commercial priorities and industry challenges.
