Ark Rothhaas is a technology and digital‑transformation executive leading IT strategy, cybersecurity, digital innovation and large‑scale business transformation across the hospitality industry. Based in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area, he aligns technology with business objectives to improve operational efficiency, strengthen information security and enhance customer experience, across Thailand, the Philippines, Japan and South Korea. His work centers on technology governance, enterprise architecture, data and analytics, cloud, project and portfolio management, and regulatory compliance. As a senior leader he has guided cross‑functional teams through complex transformation programs and modernization efforts across multiple countries, and is particularly passionate about building high‑performing teams, driving innovation and adopting pragmatic, cost‑conscious solutions. Previously Ark held IT leadership roles at CMA CGM, Destination Group and Kiroro Resorts Holdings, and was a guest speaker at the Thailand Hospitality Tech Conference 2025.
