Senior Director Lab Capture & Experience in the R&D Tech division at GSK with 20+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical R&D at Pfizer and GSK. A PhD biochemist by training, I spent 14years in early research high throughput screening/compound profiling before transitioning to IT. I am accountable for delivering laboratory systems which enable GSK's global scientific population to execute and capture experiments in a future-thinking digital environment, contributing to our initiatives to digitalise R&D laboratories by putting the scientist' experience at the heart of our efforts to capture and surface data for use/re-use and accelerating delivery of medicines to patients.
