Solomon is a seasoned digital rights lawyer, researcher and consultant with nearly two decades of experience advising governments, private organizations and multilateral institutions on data protection and privacy, digital identity and broader digital rights issues. He has led high-impact advisory work, including supporting the European Investment Bank (EIB) on the Human Rights Impact Assessment of Nigeria's digital identity (e-ID) project, focusing on data protection and privacy requirements linked to international development financing. In 2025, Solomon was awarded a Data Governance in Africa Research Fund grant, leading research on unequal enforcement in Nigeria's data protection framework and its implications for effective data governance globally.
