Paul is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of mobile, financial services, and digital identity. He is CEO of IDlayr, a mobile identity platform that leverages the cryptographic security of the SIM card to deliver highly secure, but frictionless, mobile identity solutions for humans and agents.
He works directly with banks, payment platforms, and large consumer apps deploying Silent Network Authentication to replace SMS OTP, eliminating ATO and SIM Swap fraud risk. He has held senior leadership roles across mobile and technology businesses in the USA and internationally.
