Mike Alders is a passionate UX Designer and UX Researcher Digital Identity. He has conducted extensive research on ID Wallets, their application possibilities and how their operation can be made understandable for users. Mike thinks it is important that everyone can consciously choose more control over his or her data. He believes that ID wallets should be accessible to everyone, and he achieves this through thoughtful UX Design and extensive user research. In addition, he strives to ensure that ID wallets fully comply with WCAG 2.2 level AA accessibility standards. Recently he tested the NL Wallet with Amsterdammers to improve the user experience.
