Karen is a Business Development professional with over 20 years in the Air Transport Industry, specializing in trade and facilitation, focusing on innovative technologies that improve the passenger journey. In these customer facing roles, Karen has worked with airports, airlines and Governments worldwide collaborating with multiple stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that focus on the seamless travel vision.  Today, she forms part of the Identity Centre of Excellence at Entrust, and provides subject matter expertise for identity verification projects that enable Government to Citizen interactions, such as travel, immigration, visa and border control. Karen holds both a Master of Arts degree in Public Policy and Commerce, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and French from George Mason University in Virginia, USA.
