I lead product and strategy for Network APIs at BT, focused on enabling trusted digital identity and authentication using telco network capabilities. My role is centred on turning network data and signalling into commercially viable APIs that help organisations reduce fraud, improve customer journeys, and move beyond legacy verification methods. I’m responsible for building and scaling products such as Number Verify, SIM Swap, and KYC APIs, aligned with industry standards including CAMARA and GSMA Open Gateway. I work closely with banks, fintechs, and global technology partners to bring these capabilities into real-world deployments. My focus is on establishing telecom networks as a trusted source of identity, creating new product lines from the ground up, and driving adoption at scale.
