Michael has 20+ years experience in the Air Transport Industry (ATI) advising governments and industry how to transform towards a seamless travel experience.   Michael has worked with booking/reservation, immigration, AVSEC, airport security, border control, COVID passports/credentials, intelligence and enforcements systems that span the travel continuum.  Michael has been working with IATA and the One ID working group to help the industry realize the full benefits of a seamless journey.  Michael is an advocate for digital identity and the ethical use of biometrics based on passenger consent and selective disclosure using the ICAO Digital Travel Credential (DTC).
