Over 20 years as a successful entrepreneur Robert has solidified his place in the hospitality and real state sectors. Robert has led several successful ventures, launching his career in 1991 by acquiring real estate in distressed areas of New Jersey with the foresight of the area’s growth. In 1996 he co-launched Flights Club, a premiere travel company that provided global travel management and luxury vacation planning for a vast clientele roster in the sports, music, entertainment and finance areas.  In 2002 he founded F.I.V.A. Corp and immersed himself in the Philadelphia real estate market, again having the anticipation of the areas potential and pushing it to become the next desired metro city in the North East.  
 
In 2018 Robert established Co Host Expert Company  to create a unique approach in the exploding market of S.T.R (Short Term Rentals).  Merging his expertise in real estate acquisitions and travel management to assist home owners, real estate developers and real estate portfolio managers who wish to enter S.T.R industry and enjoy the benefits of having high short term rental revenue without having to manage the process.
