Q Site allows a smooth communication between the mixing plant and the construction site throughout the ordering and delivery process. During paving, the user receives transparent information about the supply chain and balances of quantities in real time to realize a high-quality continuous paving process.

Control of temperature and compaction results

Q Machines enables position-accurate comprehensive compaction control on rollers and temperature control on the paver from all manufacturers. The solution visualizes all essential information and automatically records temperature (paver and roller), passes (roller) and compaction progress (roller). Detailed possibilities to analyze the data are available.

Link between supplier and client

Q Transport is the easiest way to integrate transport vehicles into a digital supply chain. The construction site as well as the mixing plant benefit from the location information of the commissioned transport trips. The live information about the supply chain provides the foreman on the construction site with the necessary transparency for predictive control of the ongoing paving and support the mixing plant operators to plan deliveries.
