Perry Hazell is a senior infrastructure and innovation leader with over 18 years of experience across private & public sector asset management, lighting, and sustainable transport. As Head of Engineering & Infrastructure Services for Southwark Council, Perry has led pioneering initiatives in electric vehicle infrastructure, including the borough’s transition to an ambitious own-and-operate charging model. He is also a Past President of the Institution of Lighting Professionals and chairs the London EV Officers Group, championing collaboration across boroughs and industry. With a background in electrical engineering and a passion for social value, Perry combines technical expertise with strategic vision to drive decarbonisation, smarter cities, and equitable access to infrastructure
