James Hoare is founder and partner of LHW Partnership LLP, a specialist engineering consultancy providing services to large ground mount, rooftop PV & BESS, as well as on-shore wind, and  large scale heat pump projects  from feasibility through to completion and expert witness dispute resolution.  James is currently appointed as Co-Technical Author for the IET PV Code of practice revision scheduled for release in early 2027, and the forthcoming PV Rooftop fire guidance RC62 release.
