Alex Georgianna leads Grace Automotive in advising investors, operators and land owners on the investabilty of electrified mobiliity projects.  Well-grounded in transaction advisory, M&A and business transformation across Europe and North America, his work focuses on creating financial value from the establishment of commercial, financial and operational conditions that facilitate scalable EV charging infrastructure, fleet electrification and the transition of real assets to commercially-viable mobility infrastructure opportunities. Ales has led major acquisitions, integrations and business turnaround programmes in the global automotive, finance and infrastructure sectors including the combination of Avis Budget Group Holdings, the creation of Arval leasing and the turnaround of Ryder Truck Rental.  More recently, he's been mandated by Apollo, Equitix, Meridiam, Arjun and others, supporting clients navigation of complex commercial, funding and operating challenges.  At EVCharge Live UK 2026, he brings a practical perspective on the creation of long-term value from the structuring, financing and operation of electrified mobility enterprises.
