With 25 years at Education Queensland spanning primary and secondary schools, regional leadership roles and 15 years as a school leader including principalships at a very large P-12 college and currently at Peregian Springs State School, I have built extensive expertise in pedagogy, literacy and educational leadership through roles with AITSL accreditation panels, Education Services Australia, and various advisory groups. My passion for helping children and young people drives my committment to working alongside dedicated state school teachers to create the greatest impact on students' lives.
