Verity Harvey works in a P-12 Independent School and has over 20 years experience leading within the inclusion and disability space. Verity is highly passionate about embodying changes and modifications in content, teaching methods, pedagogies, structures and strategies in education to promote strengths and overcome barriers for students in their learning. Verity believes that what is necessary for some works for all and advocates for universal design and 'whole child' approaches in education. Verity shows a special interest in neuroscience and supporting neurodivergent people as they navigate their emotions through schooling, learning, relationships and everyday life situations. Verity has specialised in Autism, ADHD and positive behaviour support.
