With a background in communications and digital culture, Kym explores how decentralized technologies are reshaping community, identity, and collaboration in education.

Having completed a Master of Communications at Deakin University and preparing to commence a PhD in 2026, Kym’s research investigates the intersection of brand co-creation, digital communities, and educator identity within decentralized networks. Ed3 DAO designs systems and strategies that connect educators worldwide through innovative coursework, a vibrant global community of practice, and research initiatives exploring the future of teaching in the age of AI.
