Julie Taylor is a passionate instructional designer and dynamic facilitator with a diverse background in education and retail. With formal qualifications in Exercise Science and Training Design and Development, she brings a unique blend of performance, pedagogy, and practical design to every learning experience. Julie specialises in creating engaging online and face-to-face training programs, with a strong focus on learner engagement and instructional innovation. She has lectured at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and TAFE NSW, and has worked with organisations across Australia and the USA, delivering impactful learning solutions tailored to diverse audiences. A seasoned presenter at EduTECH, Julie previously delivered a compelling session on Hybrid Learning: Rules and Tools of Engagement in 2025, showcasing her expertise in designing impactful hybrid learning models.  Driven by a belief in the transformative power of education, Julie continues to champion excellence in instructional design, empowering learners and leaders to thrive in evolving learning landscapes. Having lived in Canada and the United States, Julie brings a global perspective to her work—but proudly calls Sydney home.
