Jessy Shelley is a dedicated Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction at Berry Public School. She is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, ensuring that all students have access to high-quality education that meets their individual needs. Jessy creatively plans and implements professional learning for teachers based on the Impact Cycle theory and using Simon Breakspear's Teaching Sprints process.

Jessy is a strong advocate for the use of data-driven instruction to inform teaching practices. She believes in the power of collaboration and professional development to support teachers in their growth and development. All professional learning is backed by Rosenshine's Principles of Instruction, with the goal of improving Explicit Teaching and instructional practices school-wide. 

At EDUtech 2026, Jessy will be sharing her method of planning and delivering engaging professional learning using the Teaching Sprint method, how to get started, and how to navigate issues that are likely to arise.
